The Raider baseball program is holding a 3-day camp for young boys, ages 7-12, at LDHS on June 28-30.

Each session is from 6-8 p.m. Cost is $30 per player or $45 for two siblings.

While at camp, players will learn basic baseball fundamentals, including base running, hitting, catching, throwing and specific position fundamentals. The goal for the camp is to serve youth baseball players in our county who want to become better players.

Laurens head coach Tori Patterson said, “We feel like it is our duty to give back to the community that has grown and shaped so many of our Raider baseball players, past and present. We look forward to working with our youth ...”

Registration will take place every afternoon beginning at 5:30. Snacks and water will be provided. Players should wear proper baseball attire every day; baseball pants, hat and cleats. If a player does not have appropriate baseball attire, please have them dress in clothes that they can get dirty in and tennis shoes. A Google Form link is provided below if your child(ren) plans to attend, in order for us to get a head count.
